No. 01 Our story
How it started
Asadeli is a small family winery, ten years in. The cellar is in Tbilisi; the vineyards are in Kakheti — in the Kindzmarauli microzone, in the village of Balghojiani in the Kvareli district.
Our wine is exported across Europe. You'll find Asadeli in Germany, France, Portugal, Finland and Iceland.

Summer in the vineyard
We spend a lot of time in the vineyard in summer, looking after the vines and waiting for harvest.
In the evening, we set the table right there: bread, cheese, fruit and wine. This is how we welcome our guests, too.

No. 04 Qvevri
How we make the wine
The Rkatsiteli is made in qvevri — clay vessels buried underground. We fill every bottle by hand, seal it with wax and put on the labels ourselves.
We pick the grapes when they are ready. After that the wine needs time, and we do not hurry it.
